For the information about the courses offered under various
Constituent Institutions and the Teaching Departments of the College
along with the details like admission rules, seat intake, minimum

Process of counseling and admissions starts from 1 st September
2021 and continues till last date of admissions.
It will be held on every working day of College on the basis of
merit marks obtained in the entrance examination (if require) or on
the basis of the marks obtained in qualifying examination.
In case of Lockdown or any other circumstances College may also
conduct Online Counselling, with due Approvals After Online
Counselling students must submit all original documents for
verification to counseling department.
Original TC/Leaving Certificate, Character Certificate and
Migration Certificatewill be submitted in the allotted constituent
institutions or teaching departments.
Seats allotment in courses will be done -- first on the basis of
marks obtained in entrance examination (if required) and
thereafter for all the remaining seats on the basis of marks
obtained in the qualifying examination.
Seats allotment for reserved category will de done as per the
ordinance of S.G.B.G. MEMORIAL COLLEGE OF EDUCATION which
comprises of respective Regulatory Bodies/ Govt. of Uttrakhand
directives.
Applicant shall ensure the requirement of minimum educational
qualification eligibility and age (if required) at the time of
application submission. The admission of applicant will be
confirmed only on the fulfillment of minimum educational
eligibility criteria and submission of semester/yearly fees.
Applicant shall ensure to fill correct permanent address,
telephone no, mobile no, Email Id, Aadhar number and blood group
at the time of admission in the Application Form and Online ERP
Section.
College administration can change the admission guidelines time to
time which shall be displayed and should be got confirmed from the
College Website.
Applicant and parents shall ensure to visit the College website
regularly.
In case of cancellation of admission, candidate needs to apply for
cancelation of admission to counseling office of the College
before 06 days from the last date of admission. And only tuition
fees will be refunded after 10% deduction but other fees is
non-refundable.

On recommendation of respective Councils/ Govt. of Uttrakhand/
Uttrakhand Private College Regulatory Commission, there can be
change in College Admission Guidelines 2021-22 for Seat intake
capacity, courses, Admission dates and procedure and minimum
eligibility criteria. The changes shall be updated regularly and
could be seen on College website, from time to time. In case of any
dispute, the final decision will be of Chairman of S.G.B.G. Memorial
College Of Education.
